The medical care provided by Dr. William Kennedy was exceptional, personal, and incomparable. He has since left Pet's Friend.
I've not been as impressed with the expertise, knowledge, or medical care given by Dr. Julie Miller (et al.) but remained a client for a few years due to the convenient location and great assistance by Marlene (since 2002) and the good, but "revolving" vet techs. The hours were also convenient.
I did not use the kennel services, however, and therefore cannot rate.
I've located another vet/hospital that better suits my criteria and provides the outstanding care my animal companions deserve. I will not be a returning client to Pet's Friend Animal Clinic, nor recommend it to anyone.
