Recently brought 2 cakes (one plain / one with cherry-pineapple- blueberry topping) from Brooklyn to Phoenix, Az. No problem with airport security. Froze them the nite before and packed them in a thermal bag with ice in plastic bags. Boxes were damp but held up. Well worth the effort. The same great cheesecake I remembered. Not too sweet, as close to perfect as i've found. The price has gone up considerably from my last trip to N.Y. (15 years) but well worth it. Highly recommend!
