I took their class at Portland Oregon scrapbook convention in March 09. I loved their kits so I signed up. I have been billed twice and never received anything! I have emailed and called dozens of times. I did get 1 response back in early June saying kits were mailed out! It is now July 22 and they have sent nothing. I reported them to the BBB. I am glad my credit card expired so they can not scam anymore money from me!
