Good: absolutely nothing. Bad: i was interested in buying one of those freebords so i asked the guy working there(this kid bailey)if he tested the product and his thoughts and he said no he had not because they said it was to expensive but he still tried talking about the board and i have been in that store before asking if i could test it before i make the purchase because believe it or not that board is $230.00 in that store when i can just as easily buy the same thing over the internet.-. Improvements: much much needed customer service improvements,better more knowledgeable sales staff,they need to back there products and honor there receipts because when people get bad customer service compared to good customer service.people will talk more about the bad than good and the shop will very quickly get a bad reputation and lose major business. because now im gonna tell all my friends and they will tell all of there friends and the bad customer service will just spread.and i will post on all the forums and all. Other: and i was a little skeptical about the purchase without be allowed to test it out prior to purchase.but then i thought ok if this shop is good i can just bring the product back and return it like all the other shops like this i have dealt with like 3 ride shop and princeton sports.so i buy it and i almost break my neck on the thing and i only tried it for 2 minutes so my friend and i decided to return it.so when my mom took me to return it i walked into the shop with it and they did not take it back.. more
