I've been to this office about 5-6 times and each time, the staff has been rude, the assistance joke about how the the Dr's "just love" to give yearly exams & the receptionists have not once smiled back at me. I never feel welcome. After today where MaryAnn (a NP) being totally unwilling to help when I asked her about weight loss and telling me to go see another Dr when I asked about weight loss supplements, I will never go back. So much for Dr's listening to patients w/ an open mind.
