Caliber requires $500 good faith deposits on their rentals at signing. Once you put this down there is no getting it back. There is no apparent cause or reason to this deposit but they will refuse to give it back under any circumstances. Not only that, their brokers are just awful at their jobs (late, unprofessional, apathetic, terrible negotiation skills; just despondent people as a whole). I was taken in by their wide selection of no-fee apartments but have left irate and cheated!!!
