Susan the nicest owner in the world. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyone was chatty and un pretentious. Let me say I will be loyal forever. There is only goodness about Charisma. I went there for years when I lived in Dupont area and currently coming from Alexandria Va. for my hair and nails.
The place is that good. Nothing beats it.
