I've been taking my pets to Gaithersburg Animal Hospital over 10 years now. I was surprised to read the review below by the unsatisfied customer. Gaithersburg Animal Hospital knows that I have a budget to work within, and always provides me with estimates when I ask for them. There are never any surprises. Most of the vets have been there over 15 years, so there's plenty of experience. They're also on the Washington Checkbook's review consistently every year. I also think that it's great that they send those reminder cards... or else I'd never be able to keep up with all the shots my pets are due for! Keep up the good work Gaithersburg Animal Hospital, and don't let the negative words of one disgruntled customer get to you - you can't please all the people all the time! I love you guys, and would never consider going anywhere else!!
