I called Toms to get an quote for some work to be done. Candy answered the phone. She had no interested in quoting me till later that afternoon. She made me feel like I knew nothing. She told me "your trying to horse with a wagon" in refrance to me wanted to compare prices from different mechanics. When I call a mechanic its not only about receiving a quote, but also about customer service. They may or may not be excellent mechanics, but have I'll guarantee you they have zero customer service skill, or want to find the right solution for the customer. AWFUL experience.
