I have been going to the Watergate salon since I was undergrad at GW, Wow 5yrs ago! All my friends introduced me to Nadia which I still go to, she has been there for ever, I will never go anywhere else, I am very pleased & happy with my waxings & facials, she is the best of the best, believe me I am from NY & I have been going to spas since I was 14, my mom use to take me all the time with her. I do know the quality of service very well, I must say that i have tried other places in the area, but wasn't impressed with any of them. I will definitely go to Nadia where ever she is. I must agree a bit, the owner Claudia is a terror but honestly I don't go to her I only go to my favorite lady which I will follow where ever she is. I must say that I will put five stars because of Nadia. The salon definitely deserves it.
