Good: Their service is impeccable and the quality shows in their service and the unbelievable results. After six months, my carpets are still clean and after the cleaning, the carpets were absolutely dry, not wet. Has a very light, pleasant scent and the prices were very reasonable. There were not add on charges and I knew what the cost was going to be up-front, they don't try to sell you additional treatments. This company takes their time and does it right. Can't say enough good things about this company!. Bad: That it took me so long to find out about this company and their service!. Improvements: None, except get the word out about this company & quality of service!. Other: Great service! Great quality, Great cleaning job! They know their stuff and don't mind answering any questions. I've never had a carpet cleaner ever come close to the job that this company did at my home, Great!.
