I had called 3 Nurseries to price perlite and thought I was getting the best price by $3.00 at Fasel's. After, I got there I was mis quoted the price and told that it was out of stock. When I questioned it, stating that I had just called, the employee said she knew because I had talked to her. No apology and no offering to order what I needed. Maybe I just got an employee on an off day, but I didn't find anyone to be particularly helpful. I actually felt like I was bothering them with my questions. more
