I took my dog there to be groomed, they seemed okay nothing to give them an award about, told her how I would like my dog cut. 3-4 hours later I came back to get my dog and she had cut his facial hair wayyyyyy shorter than I requested. I asked just to TRIM his face, she must have thought that was doggie groomer code for cut his facial hair down to an inch.. Not only that its all choppy around the neck and not evenly blended.. I Hate it! And Of course when they ask if there's anything they can change u can't say anything unless I wanted a weave for my dog!!! When i picked him up i thought it was bad, but not too bad, but after being home with it Im livid.. Not going back there..
