Worse experience ever. We were told on the date of purchase that the bed frame was in stock..on the delivery day (when I called), we were told that the wrong order was placed. It turns out that the bed frame was backlogged and we would not receive the bed for several weeks. This was my son b-day gift-- it was so disappointing for all of us!!! So when I called to cancel the purchase I was told that I needed to go through a process and it needed to get approved from corporate and was told that they'd get back to me upon approval. Never did I receive a phone call from either mgr or staff. I felt I was getting the run around and wasnt getting a straight answer from anyone there. It's been a month from the date of purchase and have not rec'd my refund. I'm reporting this company to BBB for complaint on poor customer service, company stating that I would get refund by certain timeframe, which didn't occur and for non-delivery of Bed frame that was purchased. I was promised time after time by mgr that he'd call and I didn't receive one phone call on status or to explain the situation.
