Good: I loved the fact that they have variety; if you like the "Americanized" version of Chinese buffets then you wouldn't like the Mandarin. But its my all time favorite Chinese buffet; but ive only been to 4.. Bad: I didn't like that the sushi guy seemed to get mad when you asked for sashimi or something he didn't have already served out; even if you left him a good tip.. Improvements: Maybe the sushi guy should be friendlier or hire someone new.. Other: Oh and i love the decor.Its very appealing; i love the shelves type thing in the middle; its beautiful. Food is awesome; especially the dinners; spiced squid and mussels.The iced clams are extraordinary and the sashimi and sushi; yumm the best sushi ive tried.Great for a buffet..
