@ Home Apartments has provided me two apartments now. I use to live in a one bedroom and now a two bedroom at their Oxford.
My experiences with the staff have been excellent and my calls were returned promptly. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to.
Maintenance is pretty quick to respond, and I have spoken to a few of their staff members. No major issues other than a I had a stove malfunction and they fixed it within two days.
As far as the buildings go...they are kept up very well for being historic. I think they are maintained well. Its never going to be new construction...with this in mind its great. I looked a other buildings in the area and IMO @ Home is better.
My roomie and I have had several friends over and everyone loves our place. They think its really cool and has a good vibe.
I highly recommend @ Home Apartments for anyone looking for a nice place to hang their hat.
