Avoid this dental office at any cost. There is only one excellent doctor Dr. Vazir who is very nice and competent, but the rest is an absolute nightmare. I started going to this office 6 years ago. I made a huge mistake of choosing them as my orthodontist and I had to stick around for other treatments because of that and for Dr. Vazir. My orthodontist was consistently late for my appointment which was always the first one in the morning. Several times she did not show up just because she had only one patient in the morning or her car mysteriously broke down quite a few times over the course of three years. The orthodontist kept switching from one to another every 6 months or so. One time I was yelled by the financial staff when I pointed out that they had over $200 credit from overcharging insurance and they didn't tell me about it after my thorough examination of their bills and insurance receipts. A few month after the "WE DON'T HAVE A CREDIT!!" yells, we finally got the check back from them with no apology. When they tell you that they would work something out and would call me, I never get a call from them. They know how far I am driving from and the fact that I have to take a half day off (I don't get paid days off and they know it), but they still disrespect my time by not providing the service that I deserve (i.e. the ortho not showing up). I can easily sue them for medical malpractice for neglect. On the other hand they try to make you take unnecessary x-rays, which is super outdated film version. I am so frustrated by them and I will never return to the office ever again. I really don't want anyone to experience what I went through with this office. I am so done.
