Good: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.. Bad: I went in for only a Malibu Treatment that takes 15 minutes. I was told when I got there that I didn't have an actual appointment (which I made a week prior) and then sat there for an hour with goop running down my face and ruining my shirt that wasn't protected by an apron. And the treatment didn't do anything at all to my hair- she basically just washed and used their Malibu shampoo...um, hello..I have that at home. Also they charged me TRIPLE because I have long hair.. Improvements: Need to have more organization in their scheduling and no stylist should have more than two customers at a time. Mine was working with five people at the same time I was there.. Other: This is an expensive salon to begin with so when you throw out that much money you want to see results and feel like you are being treated with respect. I was ignored the entire time I was there and it cost me more in damages than it was worth..
