I have been using this repair facility for a number of years and have given them more than the benefit of the doubt. They crossed the line this time and I am never using their services again...that is once they give me my car back. A number of times now I have called ahead of schedule to make an appointment. When confirming the appointment, I have always politely asked if they have room for me in the schedule and have always been assured that there is plenty of time available. On the contrast I inevitably end up missing my car for the whole day for something like an oil change and a tune up. I brought my car in this last time to have the usual oil change and to have a really annoying squeaking noise looked at, this was at 7:30am. Both my husband and I have crazy work schedules, a 15 month old, and we commute in opposite directions each about 30 minutes away. This leaves very little room for car repairs and no real options for public transportation. I was assured at drop off that they would have plenty of time to look at and fix the car by the end of the day. I hadn't heard a thing by 2pm and called. They said they hadn't even looked at the car yet!!! By 2:30 they called to tell me the verdict, which I googled to be sure there really was such as thing as a harmonic stabilizer and that it could be unbalanced and leading to squeaking noises. I stressed again the necessity of getting my car back by the end of the day and they indicated that they should have it done. No word, no phone calls, nothing. So while we were out, we stopped by to try and pick up the car about 20 minutes before they closed, the mechanic came storming out and was whining at me about how complicated of a job it was and how if he didn't go carefully he could really screw something up. He insisted there was no way of getting my car back that night and they would call when it it ready. My husband now has to work a short day tomorrow to accommodate my lack of a vehicle. These guys have awful customer service, avoid them at all cost! more
