I had a problem with a washer (that is still under warranty) that I thought the drum was out of balance on. I called and got great service and they told me I would see someone the next day. That is where the good service stopped. After waiting an extra 2 hrs for the guy top get to my house we go into the garage where the washer is kept. I hade my washer on a pallet because of water that sometimes get into the garage when it rains hard. The guy tells me that is the problem and to take it off the pallet. He shakes the machine and says "yup that's the problem". We looked at the washer maybe for 1 minute max. He then tells me that since nothing is wrong, the service call is not covered under warranty and it will be $75.00. He says there is nothing he can do. I write him a check and head back to work to try and call the store. I get a hold of someone and he tells me that there is nothing he will do and I should have known not to put it on a pallet. I asked him since they were the washer experts why they didn't try to diagnose the problem over the phone? He tells me that there are a million things that could have been wrong and they don't have all day to go through a million questions. The only reason he kept giving me was that is the price to send the tech out to my house, even though I live 4.3 miles from the store. After all that I told him I would never to business with him again and he was fine with it. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. There are too many other places that offer the same service and care about the customer to waste time with this business. more
