This is the worst case of customer service that I have ever had. WE put a leather recliner on lay-a-way ($1099) We were to pick it up end of 02/09. When we went to pick it up, we learned they sold the perfect recliner we had bought and tried to give us another one that had a tear/rip on it and would not even give us any discount. When you pay alot of money for one piece of furniture, you want it to be perfect,is that to much to ask for? We called the cops and of course there was nothing they could do. Ritz Manager (poor excuse for a manager and a LIAR) said that because it was their screw up, they would get us another one and they would deliver it (we lived an hour away..we bought it when we were living in the area at the time..we wanted it for our new home). Today we get a certified letter stating that the chair is ready for pick up...LIARS, LIARS, LIARS...We are going to go pick it up but we are sending them a bill for mileage and if they do not pay then we are sending them to collections. AND when you call to talk to the owners, the owner is out of the country..HOW convenient...AWFUL, COMPANY..THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!..
