J & D furniture is a rip off!!!
I bought a sectional they said was from sealy and klausner. I waited over 6 weeks for it to be delivered. When it came the arms were loose and one of them had the bare wood still showing. and by the way only one of the 6 piece sectional pieces say klausner the only piece still in tact the rest have no name on them and they fell apart. when I called them they said they would send a guy out to fix it, he didn't arrive for another 2 weeks and then he said he would have to order the fabric. this would take an additional 6 weeks. after the weeks came and went I called J ^ D and spoke to my sales person, she told me they would replace just the piece that was faulty, it would take 6 weeks to get it, finally the piece came and it was fine. the rest of the couch started falling apart, the coils and springs are coming through the material and cuts you if you touch them and the couch was only 6 months old. the pillows are ripping away from the back of the furniture and the stuffing is falling out. also i paid for accent pillows 28.00 a piece they also fell apart at the seems and stuffing fell out. please if your thinking of going to this furniture store don't waist your money. they don't stand by their products and give you the run around when their furniture falls apart, also i think they tell you its a certain brand and it's not all what they say it is. and it will fall apart trust me!!!!!
