Good: I like the location,but I have found other townhomes with 3 bedrooms in NE for the same price that are newer and more updated. We are looking to move.. Bad: The appliances are small, cheap and outdated. We make constant calls for repairs, and am now have waited four days for two repairs that were promised two days ago.. Improvements: The townhomes need to be upgraded with larger, newer, nicer appliances.. Other: This is not good value for the money. Look elsewhere. You can obtain a 3 bedroom house, or updated nicer townhome than what is being charged here..
