Hoboken Realty Management is a friendly, family run business. They are warm caring people who are not in the business solely for the money. They managed two buildings where have I owned places and were always willing to go above and beyond when needed. They were always willing to work with us if anything was wrong and even made "accommodations" when things were tough financially. I no longer own in Hoboken but I still speak with Kelly at Hoboken Realty Management weekly, and I consider her a great friend. In the cut throat realty business of Hoboken, NJ they are truly a cut above!
