After they close, they wrap their left over muffins, break fast pastries, pound cakes and re-sell it the nxt day. They keep their cakes in the cake case for days and tell the customers that they were "freshly baked." When the fruits on the cakes start to get bad, they take it to the back and jus simply change the fruits and put them back in the cake cases. The back kitchen is one of the dirtiest places ive ever seen and the guys that bake the stuff do not even wear gloves and use their whole arm (very hairy) to mix a lot of the stuff. They try to over charge customers every chance they get, like when a customer is ordering a special cake. They give out cookies that fell on the floor for samples. They make cookie baskets out of old cookies and the baskets sit on the shelf for months and months, until they are finally sold. more
