Good: Quick installation. Bad: Installer did not clean up after himself. Their customer service after the sale is terrible. We had a leak and it took months for them to take a look at it. They do not return phone calls, and no one takes responsability for problems.. Improvements: They need to respond to their customers in a timely matter and actually resolve issues.. Other: I had to threaten to call the Attorney General on them before they did anything.. more
