Talked to Pat in Sales about 4 times until I gave him a credit card over the phone and settled on a mid range unit. He was great. Great service, beat the Home Depot sales price, helped me make my decision, very informative, arranged very fast installation. Top notch. Installer was clean, polite, efficient, very experienced.
