I worked out at Telos Fitness Center in Dallas to get in shape for Division I college football. Working with the Trainers there really helped me improve my strength and explosiveness, by creating a very customized workout routine for me that addressed my specific needs. So many professional athletes work with the Trainers there that you know they must be good.
