My young child recently wandered away from the grocery cart and I turned around and my child was gone. I immediately went to Customer Service and asked that my child be paged. I was told that the store "as a policy" was unable to assist me and I would need to "walk the store" to locate my young child. This was a Sunday afternoon when the store was at full capacity. Luckily for me, I eventually located my child. However, it does make you wonder about what could happen if the circumstances were different. Central Market needs to care a little bit more about the safety and security of their patrons and a little bit less about their image.
