I tried to setup a 2nd code. At the end of setting up the code, the system malfunctioned. Both me and my husband tried to call Ackerman for over an hour before getting through. Funny, you don't even get a busy signal, you get a pretty much out of service signal when you call. We tried to call from 4 different phones so it was not the phone. Could it be because of the complaint calls they may be getting? The customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible. Can you immagine not getting through to your security company for more than an hour? I then emailed the service department and got and "out of office" response. What horrible service! When my husband finaly got through he was put on hold and transferred back and fourth and the issue still is not resolved. This sucks and we only had the system 8 weeks. Ackerman sucks and I will be reporting them to the BBB immediately. Slim in the Atl! more
