Tech forgot to tighten caliper bolt - a few days after the service, heard clanking - had to take in for tech to install replacement bolt and tighten it. No refund offered, although apologies were. Hard sell on non organic pads and rotor turning, both of which are usually unnecessary. Will not go there again.
