After the sale of a pellet stove Harmon Iron House and Hamon Stove Company offered no customer service, no suggestions to repair, sold inferior pellets and shifted the blame to the customer. Now they want to charge me for the problems that burning 50 bags of inferior pellets caused.
Since a pellet stove is an expensive investment, I equate my dealings with Iron House to buying a new car without a dealer to back it up. I would not recommend Iron House to anyone.
