Perhaps not the most authentic ethnic Italian pizza, but the best "Americanized" pizza I've ever tasted. The place has been in business since the late 1950's, and under the managership and hard work of the late Harold Hill, Fredrico's (or "The House") has become a legend over the years to hundreds of thousands of Utah State University students, and the people of Logan and Cache Valley.
