I agree this is the worst company to rent from. I had rented a apt. in DC and had an oven that was old and did not function correctly. I had a gas engineer come to my apt. to shut off my gas, and a tag was placed on my stove. I had leaking and flood problems, mice, the yards were unkept. My neighbor and I had to clean up and cut down the weeds in the yard. The lady that is head of maintenance was rude that is why I had started communicating with the company through emails. And they will take your deposit.
