We have taken our Ford vehicles to Shults Ford of Wexford only because they are the only Ford dealership in our area. Usually their work is satisfactory, but the last time we had our vehicle there for repair, everything was stolen out of the vehicle! All our of CDs, change, and even the key to our garage (which was hidden). For the high price we paid for the service work at a dealership, this was the last thing we expected. Even though the repair was done properly, we don't feel safe going back there.
