There are times when I get a craving for Kimchi Bistro that nothing else will satisfy. It seems like I have a favorite entrée that , when I'm there,I eat exclusively for two months. Right now it is soon doo boo--a bubbling hot, rich spicy soft tofu soup. It is sooo satisfying on a typical Seattle day. A few months back I was stuck on the spicy pork--a sizzling platter of thinly sliced pork with onion and cabbage in a tangy red sauce (not that you need another reason to change the premier white meet from chicken to pork). My other favorite is Pah Juhn. Pah Juhn is a savory pancake filled with bits of squid and green onion that you dip in a soy based dipping sauce. It has a great crispy outside and a steamy hot inside. Their kimchi is home made and varies batch to batch, but is always good. My only complaint is a couple of the items on the menu seem a tad over priced, but most are appropriately priced.
