This is one of the worst insurance companies I ever experienced. First of all, their promise at marketing is different and the promises they fulfill is different. They don't have enough phone sfor the claims department. They don't pick the phone atleast for 2 hours. They talk to us too roughly. Always they try to mislead the customer. I don't know how this comany is existing but I can rate this 0 out of 10. Corporates should not look to get profits by cheating the customers 100%. They don't exist in the long run. Insurance industry is one of this kind. They will hesitate to pay the claims.
