Helen's said our order would take 45 mins to an hour to deliver, but it actually took 2 hours. We called twice during this time to check on the status of our order, but they offered no explanation for the delay. The helen's representative on the phone kept insisting that our food had been picked up and was ready for delivery, but this was either a lie or it actually took them 45 mins to deliver. Very very unhappy and our food was cold once we finally got it. more

Buffalo Chicken Calzone was amazing! Driver was not so great. Seemed to expect me to wait by the curb until he arrived, which I was, obviously, not willing to do. Will order from them again, but will make clear that I expect the order to be carried to my door. more

I ordered a Blue Zone Calzone late on a Sunday night. Delivery came earlier than estimated, and the driver was pleasant. I was very pleased with the quality of the crust and chicken, but when they say Blue Zone, they aren't kidding! The flavor of the blue cheese was very strong, perhaps even a bit overpowering. Overall it was still quite a good calzone, and I'll definitely be ordering from Helen's again. more
