I had high hopes for my first appointment, but bob didn't quite live up to expectations. The warehouse setting is really cool, they offer you a drink, and the operation appeared to be efficient and organized. My main complaint is that evidently the standard procedure is to double book the stylists (in other words, my stylist was splitting time between myself and another customer. While an assistant shampooed or blowdried me, my stylist cut someone else, and vice versa). The overall effect was rather rushed. My haircut came out OK (I needed a small correction later), but I felt like I was being pushed through so they stayed on schedule. I didn't feel like the price of my haircut was unreasonable, but I did feel like I should be the center of attention for the amount I paid. I hope bob reconsiders the double-booking policy. Not sure if I would go back...
Pros: cool atmosphere, appointment started right on time.
Cons: they double book you! :(
