Zoots Dry Cleaning

Took a black blazer and a chinese style shirt (sensitive material) and neither was especially dirty but just had an odor to it and I wanted them cleaned. Got them back, still smelled and were pretty much in the same condition. People were nice but I paid for nothing (bill was about $16). Won't go back. Maybe I should have mentioned what I wanted them to do (i.e. get out the odor) but I thought that's what they did.... more

I used to go to Zoots all the time and was satisfied. Seems that there is new ownership or mgmt, but is now AWFUL. I dropped off two brand new expensive dresses, both worn once. When I dropped them off, I told them that they were expensive, so they noted special finish on the service ticket. Well, when I got them back, one had partially shrunk (it was a dress with a sheer fabric overlay). The woman tried to tell me that it didn't shrink, that somehow the part underneath must have gotten longer. Even the tailor there started laughing at her when she said that. Then she said I should take it back to store where I bought it. It ended up that they had to take up the hem of the part that was too long. Then, other dress (which was a two piece, but attached (sewn) together, I only got one piece back. They were finally able to track it down, but they had actually ripped it where they had pulled it apart. After all that, the woman wouldn't even give me a refund, because I had paid with a debit card(??)but offered to give me a 5.00 off coupon...as if I would go back. Since then, I have heard nothing but horror stroies about the place...so fair warning. Cons: shrunk my clothes, nonexistant customer service, clueless more
