Zhanna's Day Spa

Zhanna is a magician with her hands. I have had massages all over the world and come from BC where the masseurs are registered therapists with extensive training. Zhanna is the real thing. Proper draping is used and the room is cool enough even on a hot day. My daughter also enjoyed massage with Abby and her first manicure. Zhanna is beautiful and a superb manager who does lots of things at once without looking harried and she makes everyone feel welcome. It is even fun to wait and watch people float out of the back after their massages and it feels like hanging out with a family. Abby brought me to get my hair done with Zhanna and I have never had so many compliments on a haircut. The lovely Zhanna did a nice job shaping my nails. Her skills are very good. Prices are unbelievable, I came back a week later but Abby went on vacation but I had another girl but I can't pronounce her name do my nails and she was excellent and she was so young I always love to come to Zhanna's and I start to come every week and they have the most luxurious facials any one can ask for but on my next visit I used the jacuzzi and saunas and it was amazing next week I Had a great massage in a stress-free candle lit environment, everything smells of misty lime juice and lavish incense, even a simple manicure feels like a soothing experience they place a warm herbal pillow in your neck and put cucumber in your eyes, so refreshing. The place where locals go to relax, I highly recommend it, affordable packages for great service. I?ll be back! more

They did a horrible job on manicure- I requested a french manicure and within hours it had already began chipping and it looked so bad by the following morning I just had to take it all off completely. I called to provide the feedback and the owner said it was my fault I didn't let it dry long enough. The nail tech told me I was ok to leave and sat with my nails under the ""drying lamp"" for more than 15 minutes. DO NOT go here- there are so many other places that are polite and do a much better job! more

Slowest and worst result I have ever had! I spent 3 1/2 hours there getting my nails and hair done. I wanted highlights and lowlights and now I have after just 6 days almost completed faded out pink hair which was supposed to be dark red and dark coffee with bright blondes blended through out. It looks awful and after spending $183.00 and not to mention my nail polish chipped off in two hours. Never go here!!! Very cheap and un-professional product!!!! more

I love Zhanna's Day Spa, it is the best place to go I bought hair product their and there price is so great it is cheaper than in stores and I bought a whole lot of hair product by Morrocanoil and they are like the only spa with Morraconoil. I went to other places before and none have treated me with so much pleasure then in Zhanna's. Before I went to the nail place across and they messed up my nails very badly and I had big gush of blood on my foot I will never go their again. I also went to the hair studio place next to T-mobile and they actually burned my roots and I had lost so much hair because of them. But when I went to Zhanna's it was heaven. I don't know who does not like them but they need serious physiological help. I got my hair, nails, massage, facial, and waxing done there. When I got my massage it was very dreamy. The girl who did me was phenomenal. She had very soft relaxing hands. Then I got my facial by Zhanna and my skin is very hideous, I has so many pimples and scars and within a week they all disappeared after the facial but of course I used the French product she said to use and it was worth it. Next she gave me a wax for my brows and they did not hurt at all. Usually when I wax it hurts like crazy because the Orientals really rush through it all of the time. Then I got my nails done. A perfect combo of Manicure and Pedicure which was gorgeous the ever unlike the nail salon across from them Zhanna was spectacular and had smooth hands she actually understood what I wanted and how I wanted to get pampered. Then it came to my hair I got it cut and colored. First I asked for highlights and lowlights to be a dark cherry red. Which she matched it better then I imagined it. Then while it was my processing time I had the best coffee in the world. It was much better then McDonalds and Starbucks combined. It then came to cut my hair and I said I wanted a trim because I like my hair long and she trimmed only a little bit of my hair which is exactly what I wanted. Then it came to pay and I was so relaxed and the young man who was the receptionist was so polite and gave me an amazing price of $150 for all of the services and $100 for the product so I spent a total of $250 for everything and whoever thinks that is expensive are cheap bastards. I loved every second of it and I will come back every week at least once and get pampered again and you should too. more

Do not go to Zhanna's Day Spa. She uses cheapest products, not professional and very expensive for the work she does. more

I enjoy my visits to Zhanna's Day Spa. Zhanna is amazing at thread theory, I mean therapy, no I mean threading. I have been several places and she definitely is the most deft and able, wonderful, wonderful results. Cecily the nail technician is so fun and her nail crafts(wo)manship is surpassed by none. I just recently got a massage here and I was far from impressed. First off the facility was ugly and illdecorated, second off my massage was horible this young girl massaged me not only did the massage suck (especially for 65$!) I checked her licensure later on only to find she wasnt even licensed not to mention her hygeine and smell were unbearable! there was a young man working at the front desk who was beyond rude. I would definitly not come back here even if you paid me....... more

I went there for my birthday and my husband bought me a gift certificate for $450 which includes lots of services and I had an amazing time for 8 hours. First I got a 1 hour limit of using the Jacuzzi and saunas which there was a dry one made of wood and then a steam room which was unbelievable. Next I got a 1 hour massage with a very nice lady who is 19 years old. She was amazing and I have never felt so relaxed before. Next I got a body wrap which was so relaxing and very nice and I had a lot of dead skin in my body and then they all came out. After I got a facial for 1 hour in a half and it was dreamy, I had so much acne and almost all were gone and all shrunk down to a very mini size. Then I got a pedicure with some kind of lotion wax. I had so many calluses and they all were removed without any pain. Then I got a manicure with the lotion wax and again all my cuticles. Then I got a make-up application and I looked like a beautiful queen. Then I got an eyelash tint and believe me my eyelashes were horrible before but the after they looked amazing. Then I got an up-do and it was better than the one at the other spa in Centennial. Finally I got a teeth whitening and before I had plaque before then all of it disappeared and my teeth looked gorgeous like a model. Any who, I loved the time there and you should to and always appreciate the things you get like me. beautiful queen. then I got a eyelash tint and believe me my eyelashes were horrible before but the after they looked amazing. I loved getting pampered there, don't get me wrong. I went in for a mani/pedi, haircut and highlights. The girl did my mani/pedi (Virginia) was wonderful. I was soaking my feet next to a guy with really bad athlete's foot. Then Virginia used some of the same implements and she told me the solution would kill the germs. My feet have been itchy. I don't understand why the owner wouldn't provide an autoclave and good implements for the salon to use, I won't go there again, I loved Virginia and her work, however, the germ thing is huge, you can lose nails and have stubborn medical infections if your implements are used from customer to customer without proper sterilization. Zhanna, when you get an autoclave, I will return. YUCK! more
