I shopped at Yours Truly Consignment Store last month and enjoyed my shopping experience there! I got a LOT of great deals! The employees were so nice and helpful, too! I have been shopping at Yours Truly Consignment for years. I first became a customer when I was in college. Living on a budget was tough so I didn't have a lot of money to spend on clothes. I stumbled on this store and haven't stopped going since.\r \r The staff is amazing and only after a few visits everyone knew my name and always greeted me when I came though the door. One staff member would even direct me to new things they just put out that she knew I would love.\r \r The variety of clothes!! Anything and everything you could hope to buy at the malls are in one store, one location. The only difference is that at Yours Truly , the prices are half or even lower.\r \r I actually just bought a suit for job interviews a few weeks ago. It's from the Banana Republic and still had new tags on (the suit was $300.00 in store). I found it in the clearance section and I paid $11.00 for the suit! It fits great! It looks great! There's no way I could have bought that any suit in a store!!\r \r I honestly will not shop anywhere else. Why should I? One stop shopping for a fraction of the cost? I have been an employee at Yours Truly for 10 years. I have been there for the good and bad. By the bad I mean the shoplifting. It's bad to have shoplifting period, but when someone shoplifts they not only take from the store they take from the people who have entrusted us with their items. It was a hard decision for Cinda to make the ""No purse"" rule but she had hired security, had camera installed and finally came to the decision to make this rule. We try to be friendly to all our customers. We appreciate everyones business.We try to greet everyone that comes in. If we miss someone it's not because we aren't friendly we get busy waiting on other customers, putting out new merchandise and working to keep the store neat and organized. If you came in and was offended just give us another try. Pros: Great Selection, New items are added each day. more

Ladies (& gentlemen), really... should you be upset just because you were asked not to bring in handbags for a short while? The reasoning behind it was very understandable!! I'd rather leave my handbag in the trunk (money, debit card or credit card in pocket) than have to pay more because shoplifting had become a big issue. You see, the VERY LOW prices would have gone way up to offset Yours Truly losses due to shoplifting! I know, I know... we, as honest people, usually are the ones who pay for the low-down thieves' actions. The situation is now under control so I say LET'S GO SHOPPING at Yours Truly Consignment Shoppe, where there are bargains galore, a beautiful atmosphere and a very friendly staff!!! I am a sales person in the shop,We try very hard to be friendly and helpful to our shoppers..And i have had a wonderful time with the people who shop there.Yes we had a problem last fall with shoplifters,but most of our clientel were very sopportive in our efforts to stop the problem,I thank those people for helping make our job easier and more plesant.If you have never been to our shop I urge you to give us a try,and judge from your own exsperience we are a great place to shop! I have been to Yours Truly many times and have had great experiences every time. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.\r The no large bag or purses policy was a necessity. In todays economy, shoplifting is on the rise. Businesses have to be able to protect their merchandise. Wal-Mart has a similar policy. You are not allowed to go in Wal-Mart with a large bag or backpack. The only reason is to deter theft. Wal-Mart has their games, dvd's and cologne locked up as well as a lot of other merchandise. Yours Truly just had a policy with no large bags or purses.It seems Yours Truly is more customer friendly!!!! Pros: Great deals! Large assortment! more

As assistant manager and over store security at Yours Truly, I am saddened by the lack of understanding by so many in our efforts to protect over 14,000 consigners who entrust us with their belongings. The ""No Purse Policy"" was a temporary measure implemented to curb the shoplifting epidemic that had gotten out of hand in the store. It was drastic but necessary until other measures could be taken. The policy has since been removed and I applaud the owner for investing so much of her time and money in order to continue to protect the consigners items but make it a more enjoyable shopping experience for all. A store security person has been hired for peak days and hours, camera's have been installed, and staff has been increased and trained in security precautions. To those of you offended by the No Purse Policy I encourage you to give Yours Truly another try. I would hate to think you are missing out on the joys of shopping in such a wonderful place. P.S. Clothes are still arranged by color but also by size now too. :) Pros: More than you can imagine more

I've been a serious consignment shopper for over 10 years buying from the best consignment stores in Little Rock and Memphis. From my first visit to Yours Truly I was thoroughly impressed with the merchandise, the store's layout and the helpful staff. \r \r The inventory is huge and full of in-style new and like new clothing and accessories in the widest range of sizes I've ever seen in one consignment store. Everything is well-organized by item, color, and size. Every staff member I've come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. The store's design and decor rival some of the best ""big city boutiques"".\r \r If you're looking for a trendy yet classic and classy one-stop shop with unbeatable prices to outfit yourself and your family, Yours Truly is it. I love Your Truly and have been shopping there ever since it opened. Over the years I have consigned many pieces of clothing and made extra money doing so. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and I seem to always find some kind of treasure when I visit! Pros: Great variety of clothes great prices! more

Things are arranged by color, it takes hours to find anything. I don't know who started this trend but it is stupid! ""Oh, look that orange shirt is the perfect color! Oh, wait it's a size 2."" \r I can't take my purse in. I can't shop while holding all of my belongings. No purse, no credit card, no sale! i am not leaving my purse in my car in a parking lot where the big red signs advertise that my suff is unattended in the car. How about you invest in some buzzers at the door and some of those tags that go off and stop turning your cusotmers away!\r Pros: Large Selection if you can find anything Cons: Refuse to shope where they won't let me carry a purse! more

I had been a return shopper for many years and have watched the store go from pleasant and fair pricing to snooty and overpriced.\r I agree with the ladies commenting on the idiotic ""no purse rule"". I mean who can shop comfortably w/o their purse to hold their cell phone and wallet? If my hands are full then how can i search through your racks for items I might would buy? \r This whole no purse thing was more prevalent in the big flea mkt. shopping center's, now every used items store is trying to follow it, I guess?? \r Whatever, this owner can keep her used items and I'll keep my purse.....WITH ME! This is a great shop, however, I left after being told I had to put my purse in my car. Been there, done that - since I've had a purse stolen from my car before. The security officer offered to watch the parking lot -seems he needs to do a better job watching inside. I was stopped after shopping for only 5 min (already had 4 tops), so I walked out & they lost over $100 sale. They need to invest in a better security system if they want my business! I love good, clean, & up to date consignment shops....hard to find! I'm so excited to go visit, but will say I'm not too crazy about their no purse policy. Every retail shop deals with theft, but they put other security measures in place to help with shoplifting. What about leaving your purse out in your car, & it being public knowledge that all customers in that particular store, have most likely left their purses in their vehicles? I recently had a girlfriend have her car broken into & purse was stolen, right in front of her 3 yr. olds preschool, at a church! So, the store may feel more protected, but the public doesn't. That's just not good long term sales strategy to me. Those who are going to steal will find a way, trust me.....I used to work with juvenial delinquents & you'd be amazed WHERE they would (& could!) hide things to steal. Having said all this, I am still excited to go! I'm a girl who loves great designer clothing at great prices, but will remember to not take my purse of put it in my trunk. :) Pros: Not sure yet :) Cons: Sounds like liike more

Yours Truly is a great place to shop! This economic recession we're in causes us to look for ways to save money in our day-to-day living. Yours Truly is the answer!! Most all women tend to want to look nice and feel good about themselves all the while snagging a good bargain. Look no further. This is the place to make all those things happen! Shoes, jewelry, clothing, accessories - they have it all without having to break the bank! It's a ""one stop shop""! I have not been in since the ""purse rule"" has been in effect. My views are similar to some others . . . no one is pointing fingers at a particular individual. It's very sad and unfortunate that a handful of people have to ruin privileges for those of us who remain loyal and ethical, but on the other hand, have you tried putting yourself in the business owner's position? There are only certain things you can do to try and alleviate it from happening. Who wants to continue losing money every day when you're in business to EARN it. It all changes when you're in their shoes and you're the one being effected. In the grand scheme of things, there is SO much worse going on in our world to worry about such a petty issue. It might be a slight inconvenience but it's one that is solved very easily. I commend the staff at Yours Truly for all the hard work and dedication they have put forth in building the business to what it is today . . . the BEST! Congrats!! Ok, let me set the record striaght about the purse issue! Is it inconvenient, yes. But is it inconvenient for me to take my shoes off before I get on a flight? Yes! Are both of these precautions for my safety and those around me? YES! What most do not think about is when people steel they get really mad when they get caught! To prevent this confrontation the wise owner of YOURS TRULY has tried to prevent these dangerouse situations from happening to her, her employees and us, her customers. I love the store and it seems that each day I get dressed for work I am wearing something from there. In these hard economic times it is great to not have to spend $100.00 for a pair of great leather boots or a great suite! I Love it! Pros: Best Prices on High end Clothing EVER! I always enjoy a trip to Conway to shop at Your's Truly. I have four kids (teens & preteens) and we always find great deals on like-new, stylish, name-brand clothing. I have read that some people are upset that they can't carry their big bags/purses into the store while shopping. In today's economy we should be glad for any small business that allows many of us to afford quality items at an affordable price. Therefore, we should be willing to do our part to help protect them (Your's Truly) from other's who try to take advantage of them by stealing. This store had been such a blessing to me and my family and we can't wait to get back to Conway to shop! Pros: Clean, Organized & Friendly Cons: I need more time to shop there! more

I have shopped and consigned at Yours Truly Consignment Shop for many years. To be honest, I was there when they first opened. Over the years, I have seen this consignment shop grow from one suite to several. Customer service is always great and the staff seems to love working there. I would not entrust my personal belonging to anyone other than Cinda and her great staff.\r \r Yours Truly Consignment Shop is like none other. The store is always neat, well-organized, and the clothes smell fresh and deodorized. When you walk through the doors, it gives you the feel of a high-end clothing store. Did I mention you can purchase brand new clothes at great prices? I can’t remember the last time I purchased clothes from a department store. Yours Truly Consignment Shop is always my first stop!\r \r As previous mentioned I have patronized Yours Truly for years. I remember a time when the store did not have security cameras, but a mere sign that stated, “Shoplifters will be prosecuted”! Today it is a different story. If you go to Yours Truly today, you will see a sign in the front door asking patrons to leave their purses in the car. I can only assume this is due to shoplifters. I bet this will be a temporary matter. \r \r Does this offend me? Well of course not. Do I feel like my rights are being violated? Well of course not. Why does this not offend me? Simply, because when I’m shopping I do not want to be bothered by a purse anyway. With all of the great deals I typically find at Yours Truly, I want to have enough room in my arms to carry them all. In the future, I’ll just have to remember to wear pants with pockets. Why sweat the small stuff? Going through metal detectors at the airport does not prevent us from flying. It only makes us safer. \r \r I’m always excited to shop and consign at Yours Truly because Cinda and her staff cares so much for their customers and the garments they entrust with them. Now to see them take necessary precautions for the safety of their customers is an added plus. So since they have to take these types of precautions, then I will continue to support Yours Truly even more. You never know who is depending on a garment to sell in order to pay a bill, buy food, or put gas in their vehicle. Way to go YOURS TRULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r The next time I show up I’ll have only my credit card and driver’s license. Thanks again for making my load a little lighter.
