Great Place to buy a car! The staff is friendly and professional. It's the easiest car purchase I have ever made. After deal promises were kept and I am very happy. I highly reccomend them. I would gladly do business with them again. more

Ultimately if you want a car - get one. Just remember a car salesman is still a car salesman. they are great until you sign the dotted line. Don't hold your breath waiting for them to return your phone calls even if they promise to 'call you right back,' They do tell you if you write a wonderful review, they will give you a $100.00 gas card. We just received our bank statement and discovered that there was a discrepancy between the price we had agreed upon with our salesman and what we actually paid. when I went in today to talk to them their response was "its in the paper work, you signed it, we're not changing it" there was no apology, no offer for a oil change or even a car wash. Apparently this is a business whose focus centers on fine print and the bottom line rather than honesty and customer service. I will NEVER buy another car from them Pros: null Cons: null more

Amen to the other negative reviews of this place!! We initially went there and then went to Hertz and they looked over our contract. Hertz said this place was dishonest to us and charged us all these illegal fees once we purchased a car from them. One of the fees is the GAP insurance which they charged 350.00 and we had no clue about it. Gap insurance is not required by law to get. They also charge a ton in sales tax more then other places. They pressured us into buying a car and then they ripped us off and didnt allow us to trade the car we disliked for another. The sales manager came out and stated that he couldn't trade for another car, and that it was against state law to trade. We hated the car they sold us that we got rid of it the next day and then lost a ton of money on it. They are not honest people for what they did to us. Buyer Beware. When I called to get my truck serviced (the engine service light had come on and the truck had started to run rough), they got me right in and diagnosed the problem. The cost was a little higher than I thought it should be, but they turned the repairs around quickly and had me back on the road the next day. Very friendly staff and a great group to work with. more

I trust these guys and I love that they are family owned. I will probably buy all my vehicles from Young Chev from here on out. more
