Our service pro was Bill Cooper from YES. Bill's professionalism was five star. Not only did we receive a call when he was on the way but he showed up on time and in the early part of the given time frame which was appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all of our questions in our new house. I will definitely use Bill for all of my future needs when it comes to air conditioning. more

I contacted Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing on 2/11 when my wife noticed that our Heating/AC unit was not blowing any air. Mathew B. from YES! came out, and spent about 15 minutes looking at the unit. He then proceeded to tell me it needed a controller board that was no longer available, and that my best option was to spend $11,000 on a new unit for the house. When I explained that I could not afford such an expense, he told me he could get a retrofit board for $1200. I told him I needed a couple of days to think about it, and he then stepped out to call his manager. He came back in and told me he could get a retrofit part and do the job for $650 the next morning. He came back the next morning, and spent less than 1 hour (less than 1.5 hours total for both visits) changing the board. I had my wife request that he leave the old part, and he did so very reluctantly. A quick Google search revealed that not only is the part still available from several sources, it only costs $100.00 retail. YES! charged me more than $500 for less than 2 hours of labor, and when I contacted them to have this corrected they refused. I explained how their tech misrepresented the state of my unit, lied about the availability of replacement parts, and lied about the true cost of the repair. They told me there was nothing they are going to do about it. more

Can't say enough about the great service we get from this company. I received two phone calls to provide me on Alex's ETA, so I knew exactly when he was going to arrive. Very cordial, personable, professional technician. Explained everything he was going to do, found a couple of issues and recommended solutions - only what was needed, not entire systems like some companies push their technicians to do. Answered all of my questions and was in and out in less than an hour. We'll continue to rely on Yes services and recommend them to others. more

When we stopped using Yes! for plumbing, we stopped having plumbing problems! I wish we would have cancelled air/heat inspections too. The best air/heat unit on the market that Yes! installed only two years ago cost $395 to repair this year. Heck, we didn't even get a discount on the repair despite having a service contract with them for 20 years. Never mind what their website says. "Everybody pays it!" demanded our technician, meaning the diagnosis and repair fee. That wasn't the worst of it. The most unforgettable part of the visit was when the technician discovered we might another company to service our repair, he suddenly insisted it wasn't safe to leave overnight. When I asked him why it was safe to leave a few minutes before, he "I donno. That's the way it is! It's a safety issue and I have to remove the part!" ... Maybe because there was nothing wrong with it or the last inspector missed something? Who knows? Avoid! more
