Businiess name:  Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Review content:
When we stopped using Yes! for plumbing, we stopped having plumbing problems! I wish we would have cancelled air/heat inspections too. The best air/heat unit on the market that Yes! installed only two years ago cost $395 to repair this year. Heck, we didn't even get a discount on the repair despite having a service contract with them for 20 years. Never mind what their website says. "Everybody pays it!" demanded our technician, meaning the diagnosis and repair fee. That wasn't the worst of it. The most unforgettable part of the visit was when the technician discovered we might another company to service our repair, he suddenly insisted it wasn't safe to leave overnight. When I asked him why it was safe to leave a few minutes before, he "I donno. That's the way it is! It's a safety issue and I have to remove the part!" ... Maybe because there was nothing wrong with it or the last inspector missed something? Who knows? Avoid!
