Do not waste your time or money on this company. The management and techs have NO training, NO experience. They spray the same chemical for everything! Thats illegal. They lie to your face and have no idea what they are talking about or doing. . ask them questions they have no clue. The management is just as clueless and rude! Pay a little more and go somewhere that will take care of the problem and cares about the customers. more

Very happy with my new service. I just switched after being with another company for 3 years to save money. My tech, Jon, was very detailed and thorough and explained some of the things I can do to help discourage the ants. \r \r Will recommend. more

Bad first impression. Had 9-10am appointment for first time treatment from Xterm. I called office at 10am since I did not hear anything and was told the tech was on his way. At 11:30am tech called to say he would be another 30 minutes late. Told him to forget about it, don't have time to wait over 3.5 hours for first appointment. My time is valuable too. Did not appreciate receptionist lying to me that he was on his way when in fact it would be another 2 hours before he arrived. A phone call from Xterm at 10am to let me know tech is late and an opportunity to reschedule would have been nice. I understand that things happen and appointments are not always on time. I do not understand poor customer service, especially for a first appointment. Messed up my day, will not call them again! more

Great Pest control service in Orlando. We had two other pest control companies come out and Xterm was the only ones to get rid of the pests! Pros: quick response, no contract, and good humor Cons: I didn't call them sooner :P more

I have 3 cats and a dog, and after months of struggling with fleas and fighting with other pest control guys, Xterm sent out two technicians who finally ended my pets Flea nightmare and showed me how I can stop fleas from returning. Why? because they are the only ones that were showed to me and proved that their eco-friendly pesticides didn't use chemicals. Their stuff is based on natural plant oils that are safe to my children and pets. Pros: Very knowledgeble and mindful of the enviroment more
