Bad first impression. Had 9-10am appointment for first time treatment from Xterm. I called office at 10am since I did not hear anything and was told the tech was on his way. At 11:30am tech called to say he would be another 30 minutes late. Told him to forget about it, don't have time to wait over 3.5 hours for first appointment. My time is valuable too. Did not appreciate receptionist lying to me that he was on his way when in fact it would be another 2 hours before he arrived. A phone call from Xterm at 10am to let me know tech is late and an opportunity to reschedule would have been nice. I understand that things happen and appointments are not always on time. I do not understand poor customer service, especially for a first appointment. Messed up my day, will not call them again!
