At 11:30 on a Saturday morning, I went to take my son bowling for the first time. As I entered, I went up to the counter and stood right in front of 2 employees, both adults. They looked at me, quickly tuned around to do other things, and walked by me two more times without saying a word. After about 5 minutes, another employee came up to me and asked if I had a reservation. He said I must have one to bowl, as they were booked all day. I made an obvious point to look around the nearly empty alley and looked back at the employee. He caught on and said there were birthday parties all day, starting in an hour. I asked if we could bowl for half an hour, he thought for a moment, and still said no.
Pros: None that I know of.
Cons: Very unhelpful and rude staff.
