The guy was professional and did a good job. 10/16/2013

The Wolverine Carpet Cleaners guy who came to my house called when he was on his way, which was really nice because I had specifically requested that. The walls had just been painted, so he put up plenty of material to protect them. He also explained why we have dark stuff around the outside of our carpet that is hard to get out. Not all of it came up, but I know it wasn't because of a lack of effort on his part. The only thing I found frustrating was that I had been given a scheduling window without actually knowing if I would be the first appointment or what. It would have been nice to not wait around so much. He showed up half an hour later than the window because of some navigation system issues. More communication about how appointment slots are handled would probably help a lot. more

Met and exceeded my expectations. I would use them again. 10/11/2013

From start to finish, Wolverine Carpet Cleaners were very professional. They called to set the appointment, and the people who took my request were very pleasant. The serviceman who came called ahead of time saying he was 15 minutes out. That was nice cause the appointment was between 9 and 12, so now I knew when exactly when they were coming. They were prompt, pleasant, and nicely groomed (which is really important!). At my old house, I had another carpet cleaning company come by and one of the guys had what looked like grease stains from McDonald's all over his shirt and he looked like he slept in it. Gross! Because they didn't take care of themselves, I wasn't going to hire that company again. The Wolverine Carpet Cleaners were clean and nice. They put their minds on what they were doing and were out in an hour! They even gave me a discount for moving the furniture out of the way ahead of time for them. Actually, they didn't tell me about that discount on the phone, so it was a pleasant surprise to get some money back! If and when there are more stains on the carpet, they'll be back, but not for now. A lot of people don't want to hear the feedback from theirs customers in fear that it might be negative. It's nice that their listening. They did a good job. I have no complaints at all. more

I don't have anything bad to say! 10/10/2013

I am unfortunate because I have a white carpet. I don't care for this carpet, but at least the Wolverine Carpet Cleaners were able to get it clean. The man in charge, Tom, answered all of my questions. He was a very helpful man. more

Extremely dirty to almost new 10/8/2013

This company did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpeting in an apartment. They were able to remove a very obvious 'trail' on the carpet. They were efficient and effective. The two workers were pleasant and professional. more

Very accommodating, professional service. 9/23/2013

Wolverine Carpet Cleaners was very responsive when I was trying to make the appointment. They worked with our schedule needs. The morning of the appointment, the gentleman was very prompt. In fact, he arrived early, which was also great. Their representative was very professional and thorough. He was very capable. He worked with a less than optimal situation: we had them doing work in our daughter's apartment that had not been cleaned before they got there. All things said, we had a very favorable experience and they helped us in a pinch. They actually were able to add a service on that had not been scheduled. Originally, we were scheduled for a furniture cleaning, but it turned out that we needed carpet cleaning as well. The young man called the office and got permission to stay longer and do the carpet as well. That made it much more efficient time-wise from our standpoint. I like the fact that Wolverine is a long standing company based in Ann Arbor. They are a family company as I understand it. Their employees are very professional and seem to be very accountable. more

Did a nice job 8/18/2013

Wolverine carpet was able to remove both old and new pet stained areas in ur carpet, and freshened up some areas that had been cleaned by other pros with less success. The workers were very friendly and efficient. It cost twice as much as the cleaners I have been using, but maybe I can do it less often. I appreciated them offering me some tips for cleaning up spots on my own--very helpful. more

I bought a condominium recently. People hadn't lived here on a regular basis. The condominium is nine years old and the carpet is original and there were stains on it. I had no idea what they were. Wolverine Carpet Cleaners got them out. They cleaned the carpet and accommodated the furniture. I even hired them back the next Monday to take things off the legs of the furniture. They were great. I've used many, many different companies over the years and these people were outstanding. They were very nice, professional, and appropriate. I would just highly recommend them, and I don't tend to recommend at all, but I already have recommended them to people. They'll get customers; I know it. more

Outstanding Work! 8/3/2013

I have used Wolverine Carpet Cleaners in the past due to their excellent service and attention to detail. However, this year they outdid themselves with my rental. The tenants left the carpet extremely dirty and smelly, and after cleaning it, the carpet is literally unrecognizable... almost looks new. more

I really like Wolverine Carpet Cleaners. In general, carpet cleaning is expensive, but they do a great job and it is totally worth it. I have been using them quite a long time, close to 10 years, and I would highly recommend them! more

We purchased a new home and our agent had referred them to us. We called to schedule an appointment and they were able to set that and work with our schedule. They took care of the whole house when we needed them to. more

One of the very best if not the best in the area 7/9/2013

I've had Tom cleaning my rugs and carpets probably for 10 years now. He just keeps getting better in terms of the various systems and products he uses. He does a great job training his workers, but he's really the driving force. Tom is one of the very best if not the best in the area. If you have some really tough stains definitely go to Wolverine Carpet Cleaners! more

I highly recommend Wolverine Carpet and Furniture Cleaners and the Area Rug Cleaning Company 4/29/2013

My husband, Paul, and I became customers of Wolverine Carpet and Furniture Cleaners thirty-one years ago. Owner Tom Monahan and his wife, Melinda, were our neighbors. At the time we had lots of light-colored wall-to-wall carpeting. I relied on Tom to keep it looking good for us. Today we have wood floors and lots of area rugs. We now rely on Tom and his staff to keep our area rugs in good shape and to clean our upholstered furniture and stairway carpeting. Toms area-rug cleaning system is cutting edge, and we are very lucky to be able to take advantage of his services. I instruct all of our friends to take their area rugs to Toms Area Rug Cleaning Company, and these friends are now among the true believers in Toms system. Many years ago I hired a well-known company to clean my expensive living room couch (they had a deal going). They left a big white streak on the back of the couch, which floated in the room, so the streak was highly visible. I called and asked them to come back, which they did. Unfortunately, they were abrupt and rude to me and let me know they were doing me a huge favor. I cannot imagine anyone at Wolverine Carpets and Area Rug Cleaning Company ever treating a customer in this way. I highly recommend Wolverine Carpet and Furniture Cleaners and Area Rug Cleaning Company. more
