Review content:
The Wolverine Carpet Cleaners guy who came to my house called when he was on his way, which was really nice because I had specifically requested that. The walls had just been painted, so he put up plenty of material to protect them. He also explained why we have dark stuff around the outside of our carpet that is hard to get out. Not all of it came up, but I know it wasn't because of a lack of effort on his part.
The only thing I found frustrating was that I had been given a scheduling window without actually knowing if I would be the first appointment or what. It would have been nice to not wait around so much. He showed up half an hour later than the window because of some navigation system issues. More communication about how appointment slots are handled would probably help a lot.
